Our Fleet of Dry Ice Blasters
We currently own three of Cold Jet's best dry ice blasters, the AERO2 PCS®60, the AERO® 40FP and the ELITE 20. These units are used for demonstrations and we also rent them out to customers. We make sure that the customer is provided with the right machine for the application and we offer operator training to those who intend using these machines. The Aero2 PCS®6O
The Aero2 PCS® 60, is designed to give the user complete control. Utilizing Cold Jet’s patented Particle Control System™ (PCS), dry ice is cut into diamond shaped particles in the exact dimensions chosen by the operator (0.3mm to 3mm and every size in between), allowing the user to fine-tune blasting parameters for each unique application.
The Aero40® FP
The Aero® 40FP is a sturdy, dry ice cleaning machine that includes the latest technology, providing a pulse-free blasting and precision feed rate control. It comes furnised with customised accessories that will provide the best cleaning performance for your environment. Essentially, the Aero 40FP provides new technology in a proven design.
The Elite 20
Built out of stainless steel, the Elite20 is a versatile, heavy duty dry ice blaster that can be used for light, medium and tough cleaning applications with low dry ice consumption. Thanks to a user-friendly control panel and boasting complete control over dry ice and air flow, the unit is virtually trouble free and easy to use. The Elite 20 provides a dry ice blasting experience that is unique in the industry.
